Steve has been a partner in some of the UK’s most successful independent music festivals including Parklife, Festival Number 6 and Kendal Calling. He is also the

founder of a consultancy which helps organisations use music and sport to connect with fans. The agency has worked with brands like Nike and Samsung and is helping UEFA define their music strategy in Champions League Football. Steve is currently working on a project that looks at the power of music in conflict zones as a force for positive change.

ITGWO/ Excelsior Recordings

Excelsior Recordings is an independent music label from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Bringing the finest music from Europe and abroad since 1996. The label releases a wide range of genres. From classic indie rock to neo classical and roots rock, but also gospel and psychedelic stuff.
The label is supported by a legion of subscribers who pay eleven euro each month and receive a monthly gift in return.
Into The Great Wide Open (ITGWO) is a multi-day, pop-cultural festival on the Wadden Islands that features music, art, literature and film. ITGWO is organised by a non-profit foundation, with a team of professionals from all sectors of the creative industries.

Kostas Tikis
Kapani Project

Kostas Tikis is an Electronic music producer since 2003, and the Graphic Designer, promoter and project manager of Kapani Festival that takes place in Thessalonikι, Greece.

He is involved with promoting since 10 years ago. Besides that, he is a musician, and has traveled all around the globe with his band- 9west, plus played with some artists from Israel at Thessaloniki and Athens.

Kapani project was born to be a real urban festival at Down-Town, in the oldest market of Thessaloniki. Performances, Cinema and Music in 3 stages- Indie music Electronic and free-style, all these acts are taking place across the market.   
It has free entrance and receives support from Municipality of Thessaloniki, Professional Chamber, Tourism organization of Thessaloniki and the biggest brands of Greece as sponsors.

The Kapani Project is a fresh and multidimensional cultural action. Kapani, the city's oldest market, was in its heyday the point of reference for trading life in Thessaloniki. Konstantinos Tikis, the man behind the idea of this project, wanted to bring the whole space back to life. As a creative reaction to the gradual demise of the market, the project holds Kapani out again as a place of interaction where tradition meets creativity, society and professional mobility.

Naveen Deshpande

Naveen started his path in the music industry in 2000 with booking small shows in Pune.
Over the decade he’s been working with Only Much Louder – where he managed bands like Pentagram, Raghu Dixit Project, Shaa’ir + Func.

In 2010 he founded Mixtape- management and booking company of some of the biggest indie artists in India, and handles bookings for more than 60 artists across genres.

Mixtape has also diversified into producing events such as Sulafest, the only music festival in India to be held at a vineyard, Eden Festival, an electronic music festival, India Music Week for RSJ, Bass Camp Festival, and Appa Art Fest. In the past couple of years, Mixtape has also handled artist liaison and bookings for various music festivals such as Magnetic Fields, South Asian Bands Festivals, and the recently held India Bike Week and Udaipur World Music Festival.
The most recent addition under the Mixtape umbrella is Ground Control - a lighting design/AV collective that Naveen hopes will soon become the ultimate go-to lighting and AV Design Company for touring artists in India.

Martin "Matwe" Kaščák
Pohoda Festival

Martin is Involved in music since childhood, violinist since age 6, been at every Pohoda Festival since age 7 and DJ since 15. He began working as a helper in sound rental company, and as a booker of a local club, organizing parties with local DJ crew at the age of 17. At the same time and since then he is working yearly at Pohoda Festival, as a workforce leader. From 2015 Martin is taking care of Pohoda Festival website content, partnerships, campaign, media and booking, as a member of dramaturgy board.

Martin studied Interactive Media and Culture Management. Besides Pohoda he became working on overall venue management, production, booking & campaign at Kabinet Múz, legendary club in Brno, Czech Republic.

Pawel Trzcinski
Distorted Animals

Pawel is the Founder of Distorted Animals booking & promotion, a management and booking agency for domestic artists and promoter of club shows around Poland. The agency curates and promotes Distorted Club – one of the longest running club nights with live music in Warsaw, focusing on carefully curated forward thinking, experimental and left-field music from around the globe.

Paweł is also the founder of Distorted Festival, a multi-venue event held in Warsaw. Since 2010 he works for OFF Festival Katowice and currently serves as a Member of Programme Board among other responsibilities. He also holds position of Head of Booking at Domoffon Festival in Lodz.

Lately Paweł is focused on establishing Distorted Group - a 360 degree platform for foreign artists and their managements - that includes tour-service, PR and advertising, radio & other media promotion, local record distribution and licensing.

Svenja Mahlstede
SONY/ATV- Synch Manager
Svenja Mahlstede studied Music Business & Creative Industries in Mannheim, Germany and Brisbane, Australia. After completing internships at the indie label “Inertia” in Sydney and the live entertainment company “BB Promotion”, she specialized in music licensing.

Her work experience also includes working in the Creative Services & Licensing department at the indie publisher “Imagem”. At her current position as a Synch Manager at Sony/ATV Music Publishing Germany, her tasks include licensing music for films, games and advertising as well as creating playlists and pitching music to clients.

Didier Zerath
The Dz Factory label

Didier Zerath has more than 30 years experience in the music industry and created The DZ Factory in 2012 to combine two passions- the world of music and the business world.

Earlier to DZ Factory he held positions in companies such as EMI Music Continental Europe, as European Marketing Director Capitol Records, based in London, Warner Music France as Marketing Director, EMI France as Marketing Manager and BMG Records in Paris. Didier was responsible for pan European or French marketing campaign for artists such as Joe Cocker, Tina Turner, Crowded House, Madonna, Prince, Eric Clapton, REM, Phil Collins, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Morcheeba to name but a few.

Didier was among the initiators of the creation of the AB working groups focusing on music industry issues created by the Directorate General for Education and Culture of the European Commission. Reflections focusing on all the issues facing the new ecosystem of the music industry: value gap, smart data – big data, copyright evolution and the need for transparency, training and education, circulation of creators and their works, financing of creation and funding of cultural enterprises, to name but a few of the subjects tackled.

Danton sapple

Danton is a London based Record Producer and Mixer. He has over 30 years’ experience in studios and studio production with a diverse and successful range of artists as engineer, mixer and producer.
Having trained as a recording engineer at Sarm Studios under producers Trevor Horn, Steve Lipson and Julian Mendelsohn he moved to Westside Studios to work with Clive Langer and Alan Winstanley. He went freelance in 1994 working with an array of top producers including Phil Spector, Steve Lillywhite, Gil Norton, Mike Hedges, Steve Osborne, Flood, Ken Nelson, Paul Oakenfold, Brian Eno, Chris Hughes, Mark Saunders and Ian Stanley. 
Danton moved into production and mixing soon after with projects including Amy MacDonald, Soulsavers, Coldplay, Ian Brown, Morrissey, Oceansize, Starsailor, Lucie Silvas, The Devlins, Kylie Minogue, Patti Smith, Electric Soft Parade and The Doves. Recent projects include Universal signing Norma Jean Martine, a third album with Soulsavers, Mayor, Skylakaki, Hudson Taylor, Kate Miller and Koala Voice.

Eyal Brook - law office specializes in Intellectual Property law and represents artists, inventors and entrepreneurs, mainly in the Media & Entertainment industry. 
Prior to that Eyal was Head of Legal Affairs and Business development at Helicon Music, Israel's leading record company, involved in all aspects of the musical content industry, handling the catalogues of UNIVERSAL and EMI in Israel. He represented Israel's leading artists, and structured, negotiated and drafted various industry agreements across multiple platforms. He also initiated various business development initiatives. Before that Eyal worked at a leading Israeli law firm, and was involved in high-profile cases. 
Previous roles included leading the Media & Entertainment division at a privately-held investment company where he managed various projects inc. film, animation, music, new media and interactive entertainment, and was instrumental in the production of an award-winning film.

Yael Deckelbaum

Yael Deckelbaum, singer-songwriter, created the song “Prayer of the Mothers” to support the march of hope, lead by the movement of “Women Wage Peace”, in which thousands of Israeli and Palestinian women marched together this last October in a joint prayer for peace.
The song became the anthem of the march and continues to resonate to millions of people, the prayer that has been shared by people in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Brazil and more.

Nahdi (Nadav) Lazar

Nahdi (Nadav) Lazar - musician and video editor. Founder of the musicians resources project "Halazarya" and pioneering Israeli indie music blog "Atamei Oznaim" (Earplugs). A former music critic for daily newspaper "Ma'ariv". As a musician in various bands and projects ("The Raw Men Empire", "Blind Orchestra" and more), dealt with booking tours, venues and festivals around Israel, Europe and the US; served as a musical producer for various projects; and gained vast experience in the media, both as a journalist and as an independent PR person. Currently working as a video editor for Israeli primetime TV, as well as broadcast promo departments, and as part of "Halazarya" project, focusing on consultation regarding booking in Israel and abroad, strategy and management, PR and marketing etc., for musicians, band managers, startup companies and various initiatives aimed at the music industry.

Boaz Murad

One of the most veteran, respected and experienced artist managers in the Israeli music industry. Adi Rotem (Choke)

‘Choke’ (a.k.a Adi Rotem), the outrageous Tel-Aviv based artist, is a beatmaker using a custom MIDI Fighter 64 Controller. Best known for his viral Youtube videos, Choke combines light, art and music to create a groovy audio-visual performance. ‘Choke’s’ anticipated debut album was released this year and includes a worldwide collaboration with DJ Tech Tools, the world's leading DJ Magazine. Due to his unique sound, Choke became a ‘Dave Smith Instruments’ artist.

Yoni Levy

One of Israel’s most high-ranked graphic designer. Grew tall as NMC’s home designer and since then works as freelancer on regular bases with the biggest labels and booking agencies such as NMC, Aroma Music, Kaspit, Zappa and many more. During the day works as Head of Design in the succesful startup company WSC Sports where he sets the designing features of products used by major sports corrporations such as NBA, and during the night designs album covers, media graphics and commercial materials for leading artists such as: Kaki King, Rona Kenan, Idan Amedi, Yuval Dayan, Mashina, Shlomo Artzi, Luna Abu-Nassar, Tamar Eisenman, Chava Alberstein, Eviatar Banai and much more.

Revital Hollander

Revital Hollander, a music-technologist and a creator. Revital is engaged in research, development, entrepreneurship (mostly with music start-ups), and education in music and tech. She has completed PhD in computer science at Tel-Aviv University and graduated Rimon School of Music. Revital teaches music technology and computer science in the academy and this year she opened the first music-tech specialization for  computer science students. In 2015 Revital founded TMT - Tel-Aviv-Yafo Music Technology - the largest music-tech. community in Israel with over 2200 people. She organizes monthly meet-ups, HackATune - music hackathons, conferences and  workshops  for musicians, artists, researcher s , developers and entrepreneurs with  communities from overseas.

Jonathan Kuttner

Founder of the Hebrew alternative music label Soos, Jonathan has 15 years of work behind him on various labels and agencies in the Israeli music industry. He begun his career working with acclaimed manger Asher Bitansky, running Asher's record label Labeleh and working with Izabo, Din Din Aviv and more. Later he worked for Anova Music, doing artist management, tour management and PR for varied artists including Amit Erez & the Secret Sea, Eatliz, Rockfour, Ruth Dolores Weiss, and more. Oren Lavie

Oren Lavie is a songwriter, director and author of children literature. His first album, The Opposite Side of The Sea, has won the prestigious ASCAP AWARD for most promising lyricist in 2010 in the US. The album’s single, “Her Morning Elegance,” was featured on a national Chevrolet campaign. The success of the album has brought Oren to a wide audience in the US, peeking with a performance on the Jimmy Kimmel show. As a director Oren has co-directed the music video for Her Morning Elegance, which was nominated for a Grammy award in the category of best music video. It has since become a YouTube phenomena with over 30 million views and later screened at Cannes de Lions, LA film Festival, Center Pompidou and many festivals throughout the world. In January 2017 Oren wrote and directed the music video for “Did You Really Say No”, from his new album, Bedroom Crimes. The video, starring Vanessa Paradis, received enthusiastic responses, won the Los Angeles Film Awards, Austin Music Video Festival, has been nominated for the UK Music Video Awards and received the desired VIMEO STAFF PICK.
